Mission Statement
We are The Church of St. Stephen and our purpose is to worship God, creating a caring Christian community through growth and celebration using our gifts and talents to reach out in love to others.
About This Cause
WORSHIP GOD: We conduct worship in the Anglican (Church of England) tradition CARING CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY: Through our Saints Cafe program, our volunteers provide free meals, fellowship, and food bank services to the local community. We also house the Downsview Youth Covenant which provides after-school care and homework assistance for primary school age children, and host a community garden. REACH OUT IN LOVE TO OTHERS: We provide pastoral care to individuals and families suffering from infirmity and/or bereavement.
