Mission Statement

Connecting people and place in a meaningful way. We develop opportunities and programs for individuals and groups to experience Kananaskis Country through engagement and sharing. We raise money to support relevant, practical initiatives that not only benefit the people involved, but benefit the ecology and ecosystems of Kananaskis Country. The Friends of Kananasksis Country brings people together to ensure future generations have the same opportunities to enjoy this special part of Alberta.
