To source and distribute fresh, nutritious food to those in need through community partnerships.
About This Cause
Food for Life is the largest charitable fresh food distributor that sources, sorts and shares healthy nutritious food to those in need throughout Halton and beyond. To accomplish this FFL, works with grocery stores, distributors and farmers to source excess fresh food to share with those in our community who are struggling with hunger. Each week we deliver to 90 food programs, half of which are open access neighbourhood food programs managed by Food for Life with the help of more than 600 volunteers.
