Mission Statement
Through peer-mentoring, staff with lived experience, recovery meetings & community engagement, we build a community of inclusion that reaches far beyond the individual experiencing addiction to their families, friends and greater society.
About This Cause
At it's core, Jericho Road is first and foremost a community of those recovering from the disease of addiction. We achieve this through our long-term recovery programs such as our men's 9-month residential rehab, Continuing Care facilities, Family Support meetings and the Insights into Addiction Workshop. We strongly believe that the opposite of addiction is connection. As such, we use staff with lived experience and strong community engagement through volunteer service work to help our residents create lasting changes to their attitudes, behavior's and perspectives. We simultaneously address the root causes of addiction in a compassionate, empathetic and grace-filled environment with classes and activities related to addiction education, prevention and treatment.
