To serve and help the community grow by establishing policies and managing the use of facilities at Killarney, as well as funding programs, events, equipment, and capital projects. The board of directors collaborate with Recreation staff to provide programs and services that enhance the community, meet the needs of its members, and promote social and civic engagement.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to serve and nurture our community's growth. We achieve this by establishing thoughtful policies, overseeing facility usage at Killarney, and channeling resources into programs, events, equipment, and vital capital projects.
