Mission Statement
We bring technologies closer to communities, we support education and the promotion of entrepreneurship through social programs and projects in vulnerable communities, thus generating opportunities for social and sustainable development, through the construction of strategic alliances providing comprehensive solutions which will result in new ways of thinking so that the beneficiaries change their ways of living. It was born in 2012 with the aim of contributing to comprehensive social development, technological progress, research and the environment. Seeing the need to generate programs and projects applying the use of technologies in order to provide training and comprehensive solutions to the vulnerable population and to Colombians who wish to build a better quality of life. With the intention of educating and training the population, they created the Digital Field Program, focused on generating communication access between peasants and indigenous communities, after detecting the lack of technological programs. With this idea, access and technological improvement have been achieved in peasant households in the intervened areas.
About This Cause
The Campo Digital program has worked successfully. Among the objectives is to strengthen the pedagogical processes through the approach and appropriation of new technologies, thus seeking the development of skills in children, adolescents and entrepreneurs. Our goal is to work on each of the generation gaps that have been opened due to technology and adapt the strengths of each group to the world we live in today – Digital Transformation. Because of this we have divided it into three strategies: Digital Literacy Digital Immigrants Educational robotics clubs We live in a digital revolution like never before and with it a great explosion of social media along with the success of social networks; we can understand why the new generations take mobile and fixed devices as a natural tool. By creating new spaces that set new guidelines worldwide, we can understand the new degrees, diplomas and master's degrees that universities offer every day. This is the new digital world, the new reality, a paradigm that is changing so fast that to dare to suggest where it will end up would be foolish… The only thing we can do is keep up with this train, regardless of whether we do it naturally as natives or through effort a little more, like immigrants. It is for this reason that as a foundation we see the urgent need to support intermediate generations in achieving adaptability to the world of work, professional and academic. The Colombia 20/20 vision foundation creates training spaces with the themes corresponding to each of the objectives set by the allied universities.
