Mission Statement
The Tremplin Extraordinaire association creates structures that employ people with disabilities. It brings together volunteer members who are concerned about breaking down the boundaries between the ordinary and adapted worlds. It carries and pilots the project by gathering the necessary financing; by bringing together associative and institutional partners; by creating the structure and accompanying its recruitment; by ensuring the communication of the project. The first project is the restaurant La Belle Etincelle.
About This Cause
The restaurant La Belle Étincelle (labelleetincelle.fr) opened in September 2020 in the heart of Paris with a special feature: among the 12 employees, 8 are people with disabilities. All of them work, in the kitchen and in the dining room, to delight the customers and make this restaurant an extraordinary place. You can enjoy an ambitious bistronomic cuisine that honors home-made know-how with local and seasonal products. Supported by Tremplin Extraordinaire, the initiative of the restaurant La Belle Étincelle aims to promote the professional and social integration of people with disabilities and to change the way people look at them. It aims to offer a job, training, the pride of having a salary and recognition to people with disabilities. This initiative is intended to be long-term; our employees are hired on permanent contracts.
