About This Cause
Aadharshila for Sustainable Socio-Economic Transformation & Welfare ASSET & W is a dynamic not-for-profit organization established in India. Since 2014, we have focused on partnering with communities to eradicate hunger and poverty, while fostering a deep commitment to environmental stewardship. Our Reach We have a strong track record of Past Livelihood Support Projects that have enriched the lives of communities in Jharkhand, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi NCR. Currently, we are engaged in a transformative project in the Vaishali district of Bihar. At ASSET & W, we support farmers to improve their livelihoods, nurture the Earth, and transform their communities. By supporting us, you actively contribute to meaningful change in the following dimensions: Empowering Livelihoods: We establish a nurturing environment that enables rural women farmers to empower themselves through education, capacity building, and resources. Nurturing the Earth: Our efforts extend to promoting sustainable farming practices, encompassing climate-smart techniques, the preservation of natural resources, and the cultivation of organic gardens. Goat Value Chain and Organic Farming: ASSET & W also engages in the goat value chain, emphasizing organic farming principles, which adds depth to our commitment to sustainable agriculture. Transforming Lives: We support rural women farmers by forging national and international connections with equitable trade networks, value chains, and marketplaces.
