About This Cause
LBES has done exceptional work in the field of implementing CSR funds for corporations by skilling, up-skilling training, education, health care, vocational training, and environmental sustainability for people from marginal communities and making a difference in 25 states and 312 pin codes in India since our inception. Mission: To focus on employment and creating employability/entrepreneurship by collaborating with suitable partners, within the industry to secure a steady flow of job opportunities for our trainees Vission: To become a Leading vocational training provider for skilling, re-skill, and up-skilling of individuals and augment proper and sustainable employability for them. LBES has been recognized by different societies like Special Jury Recognition, NSDC Certificate, and Outstanding Assessment Management, 2021-2022. 2022-23 and 60 + corporates are working with LBES. LBES is able to make a difference with the help of more than 60 different corporations able to impact the lives of 395,483, by giving employment and entrepreneurship for sustainable development in 45 sector domains like beautician courses, IT, ITES, Construction worker, Sales, retail, agriculture, electrician, food Industries, handicraft. .etc Health Care: We all need improved healthcare, but in the marginal community, most of it has been ignored, sometimes owing to poverty, sometimes due to a lack of knowledge, and often facing significant challenges. Women die during pregnancy, children die at a young age, and the elderly suffer from a lack of medical care. Lok Bharti collaborates with the mission to meet immediate needs while also offering a balanced diet in the long run. We conduct 1. General Health camp 2. TB Test and provide food 3. Anemia for women 4. Awareness of health and hygiene. Education: Education is a fundamental human right, yet marginalized communities often face significant barriers to accessing quality education. Marginalized communities often lack access to schools and educational resources due to geographic remoteness, inadequate infrastructure, and economic constraints. Work with govt schools through giving education, food, and shelter to the children. Refurbish different schools and making workable. 1. Remedial class 2. School refurbishing 3. Skill Development 4. Awareness of WASH Pan India Vocational Training : For youth job readiness understanding their need and area of interest and giving them training or upskilling understanding their experience and enhancing by upskilling for better earning through employment and entrepreneurship. 1. Fresh Skilling and upskilling. 2. Recognition of prior learning(RPL) 3. More than 40 plus Domain of skill. 4. Pan India Women Empowerment: Special for women and widows, separated women and their families to give related education and also training skills as per their area of interest and either help financially strong through employment and entrepreneurship program. 1. Digital literacy Environment Sustainability Goal: Environmental sustainability goals are vital for a thriving planet, encompassing climate action, biodiversity conservation, resource management, and pollution reduction. We at Lok Bharti start by training our construction workers to upskill in 1. Health and Safety 2. Noise pollution, 3. Waste management on the construction side. 4. Working on a green project.
