Our mission is to bring about a new social order through our interventions and development programs that empower every individual, especially women and children, to live life to its fullest. Supported by like-minded individuals, VOCRDC was registered as a legal entity under the Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act in 1996. Mrs. S. Latha was democratically elected as the President, leading the organization's work towards the holistic development of socially and economically oppressed women and children, including Dalit bonded women laborers, scavenging women, and more in Madurai District, Tamilnadu.
