Going to School creates design-driven stories to the teach the poorest children on the planet 21st Century Skills at school.
About This Cause
Going to School is a creative not-for-profit trust, based in New Delhi India, with operations in seven states, they create design-driven stories to teach the poorest children on the planet entrepreneurial skills at school. They work on the ground in 2,000 government secondary schools reaching 200,000 kids in Grade 9 with stories to change their lives. Going to School stories are graphic novels about hero entrepreneurs who take on their communities' biggest problems and solve them with design-thinking and entrepreneurial skills. Their stories are also digital games, APPs, board games and a nationwide children's television show called The Children's Scrappy News Service. They recently established a new 501C 3 in the USA, Going to School USA to launch new skills at schools programs in the USA and Mexico.
