O'Connell Court advocates acceptance ,tolerance and recognition of the person as a whole person regardless of the labels which society has attached to them in their older years.
About This Cause
O'Connell Court provides sheltered accommodation for older people in support of their right to continue to reside in the community as part of the community. There is a great sense of community spirit within the complex. The collective aim is for a relaxed homely atmosphere which is non judgmental. Through mutual respect , communication and partnership we encourage personal health promotion,creative activities and involvement of clients in the day to day management of their home and lending support collectively to each other to assist with daily living activities.
