Mission Statement
To dedicate ourselves to the rescue and re-homing of unwanted and/or abused dogs and cats. To promote the benefits of neutering, vaccinating and microchipping and also provide education, information and advice regarding animal welfare.
About This Cause
KLAWS is a group of volunteers who are dedicated to animal welfare, primarily in the Kenmare locality. We care for and find homes for dogs and cats, abandoned and in need , promote the benefits of neutering, vaccinating and microchipping and also provide education, information and advice regarding animal welfare. We operate a Trap-Neuter-Release program on feral cats to try and combat the ever-increasing population of these animals. We operate a strict policy of non-euthanasia , except in the extremist of circumstances where an animal is suffering and with no chance of a positive outcome.
