Mission Statement
In our projects we promote work placements of people belonging to disadvantaged groups, with a special focus on people with disabilities or those who have gone through recovery from addictions, imprisonment or migration processes. For the Cooperativa Sociale Raggio, the decision to operate in the catering sector was not only a way to support processes of social inclusion of disadvantaged people but also a way to create, in a formal and informal manner, integration with the territory. In this way, a network of solid social relations was developed and at the same time it became a place of aggregation for all.
About This Cause
Our main projects are: Osteria Andirivieni has always placed people and raw materials at the centre. Attention to fragility, welcoming diversity and working for people with difficulties are, in fact, the mission of the Cooperativa Sociale Raggio, of which the Osteria Andirivieni is the beating heart together with four other establishments in Turin and the surrounding area. Caffetteria Andirivieni where people in the neighbourhood can always take a break while enjoying a good organic and fair trade coffee. It is also a perfect space to organise parties and receptions, meetings and private events. Baretto: At Baretto we promote the products of Altromercato, the leading Fair Trade organisation in Italy. In addition, you can find craft beer, wine and bitters from small producers with whom we have direct relationships and whose stories we know. Cooperativa Sociale Raggio, in collaboration with the Sinapsi consortium, also manages a Job Center that offers free services aimed at professional inclusion or reintegration. We offer the following services: career guidance, guidance counselling, job accompaniment, job offer demand matching.
