Mission Statement
Caritas de Macau was founded by Fr. Luis Ruiz Suarez, S.J. on the 8th December, 1951，it has been serving Macau community and the greater society for nearly 65 years. The staff and volunteers have been working earnestly under the core spirit of love and care for the weak. And to assist those who need to overcome difficulties and rebuild their lives. At present, Caritas Macau’s service categories already involve the elderly, rehabilitation, families, young children, teenagers, education, counseling hotlines, social reintegration, homelessness, foreign laborer assistance, and cultural promotion and sponsorship.
