Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) London is a charity that prepares talented students from ethnic minority or low socioeconomic backgrounds for career success. The charity continues to thrive because of our strong giving back ethos, with alumni becoming role models, trainers and mentors. We believe that it’s not just about you, but about those who come after you!
About This Cause
We run three flagship programmes - SEO Schools, SEO Careers, and SEO Connect. SEO Schools helps high achieving students in years 11-13 broaden their horizons through access to academic, professional and enrichment opportunities; providing them with comprehensive training, mentoring and work experience. Since 2012, we have worked with over 2,500 students. SEO Careers equips talented university students launch successful professional careers. Since 2000, we have helped >6,000 undergraduates secure places at our sponsor firms, including 790 in 2017 alone. SEO Connect is our experienced lateral hiring platform that supports our alumni and like-minded professionals as they progress through their careers with job opportunities globally. All profits generated from SEO Connect are re-invested into SEO Schools.
