About This Cause
International Justice Mission is a group of lawyers, counsellors, activists and supporters who are determined to see an end to violence against the world's poor. We work with local authorities and justice officials to rescue victims from violence, restore them through counselling, restrain criminals by securing arrests and convictions and we seek to transform justice systems in the long run through training and education. Everyday we are in the trenches, fighting for the justice denied to so many. Our vision is to rescue thousands, protect millions and prove justice for the poor is possible.
