Mission Statement
The purpose of EY Foundation is to transform the workplace by helping to ensure all young people in the UK, whatever their background, fulfill their potential.
About This Cause
An independent charity, the EY Foundation unlocks potential by bringing young people and employers together. From primary age to young adults, we make a difference at every stage of the journey into work, continually innovating to deliver high impact programmes in seventeen locations across the UK. To date we have supported 4,453 young people through our programmes. By 2022 we expect to work with 10 000 young people per year who most need support to thrive in the workplace.
