Serving, supporting, and advocating for LBGTQ+ youth in the Greater Seacoast Area of New Hampshire and southern Maine
About This Cause
Seacoast Outright is a 30 year old organization serving LGBTQ+ youth between the ages of 5 to 19. We provide a variety of weekly support groups for youth, monthly groups for parents, youth and community events, holiday celebrations, and the Portsmouth PRIDE event each June. We also provide outreach and education to the community, specifically Cultural Proficiency trainings, as well serving on on a variety of relevant panels, and boards. Our partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of NH matches rural LGBTQ+ youth with an empathetic mentor, and we have a mental health referral services.
