Mission Statement

Greater Boston Physicians for Social Responsibility opposes climate change and favor policies to prevent it or mitigate it; opposes nuclear weapons and favors global disarmament; work against environmental health threats including nuclear power; and work for renewable energies and diplomatic solutions to conflicts.

About This Cause

Greater Boston PSR aims to protect the public against the two gravest threats to humanity: climate change and nuclear war. We hope to educate and engage the community and decision makers on the health risks of climate change and nuclear war, to build bridges between local and national groups with similar interests, to promote grassroots advocacy and change public policy.
