Mission Statement
Lavender Country & Folk Dancers (LCFD) runs weekend gender-free dance camps with emphasis on Contra Dance and English Country Dance. It has affiliated local dance gender-free dance groups.
About This Cause
LCFD maintains a scholarship fund that camp attendees can contribute to to help lower-income people come to dance camps. It accepts donations that will be stored in its Legacy Fund to deal with potential losses at dance camps and that can be designated as grants to local dance groups.
