Mission Statement
Hope for the Children is a grassroots level not-for-profit organization working for peace and justice by empowering those in the world most in need. We are changing the world through education, organizing and advocacy; providing opportunities that offer a hand up, not a hand out. We are also provide disaster relief as well as arts and educational youth programs.
About This Cause
Our foundation exists for the purpose of creating more justice in the world by empowering those in need with a hand up not a hand out. We raise funds to benefit grassroots projects we support. We specifically fund these projects: -empowering street youth & families in poverty in Bolivia -clinics providing medical assistance in Peru & Honduras -AIDS education programs in Malawi -education, recreation, and microloans for a poor community in Nicaragua -Sick and injured children in Peru -Opportunities for underprivileged youth & families in New York City, Long Island and New Rochelle
