The All Stars Project is a national nonprofit organization that uses performance to help young people in poor communities to develop — in other words — to be able to create success in their lives.
About This Cause
The All Stars Project is a national nonprofit organization that believes all young people – no matter their age, race, or socioeconomic status – deserve the opportunity to grow and develop. Through our innovative and award-winning programs, the All Stars helps expose over 20,000 inner-city to a world of new possibilities for themselves, and together with caring adults, teach them the skills to act on these new possibilities and succeed. Through our afterschool development programs, young people grow on stage, and in life! We are committed to bringing together different kinds of people to learn how to build and create new relationships. Our programs are designed to bring inner-city youth into the mainstream, by connecting them with people from different backgrounds and walks of life, who want to help them grow. Though the world has changed in response to the COVID-19 crisis, the All Stars has kept its virtual doors open by pivoting our programming to be completely virtual, and by continuing to work with corporate and arts partners to provide growth and development workshops and opportunities for youth around the country.
