About This Cause
The Children’s Cancer Fund, (CCF) was established in 1993 by a small group of doctors, nurses and parent volunteers. The founders’ hope was to establish a research lab and contribute to the field of research in childhood malignancies. Although still comprised of volunteers, the fund supports a nationally recognized research laboratory in Valhalla, New York. Research done at our laboratory has not only made significant contributions to the field, but specifically, has altered the way children with leukemia are treated throughout the country. The Children’s Cancer Fund helps children who are facing a fight no child should have to face.
