The Saint Andrew’s Society of the State of New York provides charitable relief, academic opportunities, and fosters fellowship around a common Scottish heritage. Our mission of charity, scholarship and fellowship has evolved to include many charitable activities. The Society provides significant grants and funding to outstanding charitable and cultural organizations in Scotland and the United States.

New York State's oldest charity, the Saint Andrew's Society of the State of New York is comprised of members of Scottish descent who have common interests in helping fellow Scots in need, supporting educational scholarships and children’s hospitals, along with maintaining the connection to our common Scottish heritage. supporting Cultural and traditional . We have a long history, 268 years, of helping others and have included many luminaries as members such as Alexander Hamilton and Andrew Carnegie.
