Our Mission Honor the legacy of the documented original Tuskegee Airmen by: 1. promoting the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen through community engagement in all our organizations activities. 2. Delivering dynamic youth aviation & mentor programs that impact youth from areas traditionally underrepresented in aviation & other science, technology, engineering and mathematics (s.t.e.m.) careers.
About This Cause
Mission RedTail Flight Academy is a Tuskegee Airmen-inspired pipeline to career possibilities for underrepresented people of color. Vision RedTail Flight Academy uses aviation as an aspirational platform to recruit, develop, expose and place underrepresented talent -- with an emphasis on candidates of color in honor of the Tuskegee Airmen. Goal For Success Leverage initial donation of $800K into $8 million worth of opportunities that increase diversity, expose underserved minorities to technology, and develop the next generation of leaders.
