About This Cause
Leadership Pasadena is a community network and training program that pulls together leaders from every industry for peer-learning and future collaboration potential. Our program is strategic, covering not only how to be a more effective leader, but how to do so in our own community. To be more inclusive and resilient, our leaders require not only dynamic skills, but a deep understanding of all aspects of our city. A keen knowledge of Pasadena's history, culture, economics, arts, sciences, non-profits, and businesses better enables our alumni to lead with an eye towards authentic engagement. By connecting a diverse cohort of professionals for leadership development and civic projects, we strive to create positive social and economic impacts that are rooted locally and lead to positive growth well beyond our boundaries.
