Community supported lacrosse organization serving both Lincoln High School and youth (grades 1-8) athletes.
About This Cause
The Lincoln Lacrosse Club was created in 1999. The coaches, players and parents worked hard over the years to build a program that could bring players together as a cohesive team to compete at a higher level The organization has grown to more than 300 players ranging in age from 1st grade to 12th grade, all looking to play their best game. Lincoln Lacrosse players commit themselves to the hard work and discipline needed to stay on top of their academics as well as to maintaining the skills required to play the game. Our players take ownership of their preparation for the season and strive to have the determination and competitive spirit that truly honors the game. At the Youth levels, great emphasis is placed on learning the basic skills of this fast-paced game and having FUN! At the High School level, we look to student athletes to rise to the challenge of varsity-level participation. It means being willing to put in the time, energy and devotion to the team. Successful seasons are built on preparation, hard work, team building, and community support. We depend on parents at every level to support the coaching staff and the players in a multitude of jobs. This organization runs smoothly only because so many parents are willing to help.
