To provide for those who are lacking... ...Lacking resources, training, motivation, or other necessities to live a full life ...Lacking purpose in their lives ...Lacking the opportunity to serve, use their gifts, and give to others We provide multiple opportunities for people to use the gifts, talents, and resources God has given them to change the World.
About This Cause
We are a network of Christians, churches, businesses, and community leaders helping the under-resourced of the Nashville Region to findhope, healing, help, and the love of God. The Nashville Dream Center is a 501c3 non-profit agency. WHAT WE DO: Here Are A Few Of Our Dream Center Programs ADOPT A BLOCK We clean up streets in at risk neighborhoods, give away groceries, help repair homes, and spend time with the elderly and shut in plus much more. FOOD DISTRIBUTION We giveaway hundreds of bags of groceries each month. BACKPACK GIVEAWAYS We provide backpacks full of school supplies for hundreds of under-resourced students each year. CHRISTMAS FOR KIDS Hundreds of children receive bags filled with Christmas gifts each year. We also adopt entire families and provide Christmas for them all. HOMELESS OUTREACH Providing food, fellowship, and mentoring for the homeless of our region. FREE CLOTHING STORE Thousands of clothing items are given away to families in need each month. SIDEWALK SUNDAY SCHOOL We set up on the sidewalks of neighborhoods known for crime, gangs, drugs, and poverty to teach kids to live an abundant life free from drugs and violence. JAIL/PRISON MINISTRY We go into correctional facilities and show inmates how to live positive productive lives of hope.
