Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide food for the hungry, respond to emergencies for those in need and to eliminate hunger in the communities in which we serve. It is our goal to serve our communities with dignity and respect.
About This Cause
Founded in 2005, we are a food pantry program serving in eastern Los Angeles and western San Bernardino Counties. Our program sites are located in Pomona, Glendora and Grand Terrace along with our Mobile Pantry that serves senior facilities and schools. In April of 2020 due to the Covid-19 crisis we temporarily relocated to the Los Angeles Country Fairplex to accommodate the increased number of clients served via our drive through food distributions and assisted 200,011 people. Programs include general distributions in Pomona in L A County and Grand Terrace in S B County. Mobile Pantry program Senior Care program Care for Caregivers. Today, we continue to operate all programs, assisting over 190,000 people annually with the help of many volunteers. Contributions and volunteers are sincerely welcome.
