Mission Statement
To receive, administer and distribute funds or other property exclusively for charitable, educational or other exempt purposes not expressly prohibited by the law. All funds, whether income or principal, and either acquired by gift, bequest, devise, purchase, or lease either absolutely or in trust, and hold, administer and distribute for such purposes, or any of them, any property real, personal or mixed, without limitation as to the amount or value to sell, convey or otherwise dispose of any such property, to invest and reinvest or deal with the proceeds and income of any such property, to incur and pay expenses incidental to the receipt, administration, and distribution of any such property, but only for the foregoing purposes, or some of them, and in general. This is to exercise any, all and every power which a non-profit corporation organized under the provisions of the Act can be authorized to exercise for charitable, scientific, religious, literary, educational or other exempt purposes. To create a network that will work in conjunction with other charitable organizations in the United States of America and the world, to find ways of eradicating poverty and hunger that are killing millions of people, especially, women and children in the World. To make the reduction of hunger a driving force for progress and hope through the advanced mechanized farming, especially in Africa. To provide scholarships and build schools for the orphans and none privileged students. To create foster homes for needy children that their parents are unable to cater to them for one reason or another.
