Working alongside our Haitian partners in Leogane, Haiti, our mission is to empower our Haitian sisters and brothers through education, elder care, and sustainable farming.
About This Cause
Mission Haiti is a nonprofit organization founded and run by enthusiastic, committed volunteers. We are dedicated to supporting and sharing blessings with the impoverished but extraordinary resilient Haitians. Our resources fund the following projects in Leogane: Knowing the education is key to the future of Haiti, MHI supports two schools, and sponsors students in primary school, secondary school, and at university, technical or professional school. Believing in the right to dignity at all stages of life, Mission Haiti Inc. helps provide peace of mind and quality of life for the elderly, ill, or abandoned women at The Village of Jesus. Bethleem Farm is a growing and thriving example of sustainable, local agriculture. The farm produces cash crops such as sugar cane, as well as a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and livestock. We have seen the people of the poorest nation in the western hemisphere and they have touched our hearts.
