Diagnostic assessment, treatment recommendations, consultation, family coaching programs. At the Neurodevelopment Assessment Clinic (NDAC), we welcome children, teens and young adults with known or suspected autism spectrum disorders or autistic learning styles. Our approach is multi-disciplinary and multi-method, and adheres to best-practice assessment procedures. We provide not only a diagnosis, but also comprehensive treatment plans and recommendations for services. JSLTL, A One-of-a-Kind Program JumpStart Learning to Learn is an intensive, private week-long therapy program where families and their young children are coached one-on-one. Families are shown how to help their child overcome behaviors that stand in the way of learning, and how to promote development through improved communication, and improved social skills through expanding play interests . School and Behavior Consultation Clinic When we confirm developmental differences, we are advocates for the child first and work to bridge understanding between parents and educators. We engage in: individualized education planning (IEP’s), classroom selection, and educator training calling on knowledge of evidence-based educational programs, behavioral science, and developmental theory. We combine a developmental perspective with behavior analysis principles and an understanding of autistic learning styles to offer a unique approach to behavior consultation.
