About This Cause

The Miracle League of Green Bay is a non-profit organization that provides an opportunity for children with physical or mental challenges, ages 4 to 19, to play baseball, on a real team, with real major league look-alike uniforms, in an organized league, regardless of their capabilities. The league is played on a safe, clean, rubber surface ballfield. In addition to baseball, the program also builds special handicap adaptable playground equipment. Approximately 400 volunteers, who are mostly buddies to each child, assist the children with throwing, batting, and generally watch out for their safety.
