Mission Statement

Community for Sustainable Energy raises public awareness of local energy issues in Colorado and organizes support for sustainable energy practices and policy.

About This Cause

CforSE was founded in 2006 and as of September 2020 we are over 60,000 contributing members throughout Colorado. We have had success improving public transportation in northern Colorado, increasing access to energy efficiency technology and assistance programs, changing oil and gas extraction regulations, and democratizing the solar economy. We believe that transitioning away from fossil fuel based energy is a key challenge of our times and that the transitions must come from the grassroots.
