About This Cause
The Pacific Northwest Cultural Exchange Council (PNWCEC) is the most prominent culture and music advocate in the Greater Seattle Area for bringing fusion of Chinese and Western music. Since 2013 the “Colorful Musical Journey” Concert and 2015 the Greater Seattle Chinese New Year Concert performed by China Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra in Seattle’s prestige Benaroya Hall, as well as 2016 in Beijing Music Hall organized and hosted by China Symphonic Development Foundation, performed by China Radio and Film Orchestra “Austin Huang Composition Concert”, PNWCEC has engaged with many musicians local and international including: China – Zhao Cong, Xue Suli, Yin Chengzong, Yu Lina, Chen Suwei, Sun Ying, Lu Xin, Tian Xue, Wu Pan, Sun Weiliang, Wu Wei, Li Xiaorong, Jiang Feng, Si Ruizhi, Wang Yanan, Bai Shihai, Tian Yuan, Li Fang, Cai Jindong, and Tao Ying Canada – Jirong Huang, Geling Jiang, Zhongxi Wu, Guilian Liu, Huan Li, Xudong Gao, Zhonghua Guo, Zhongguo Guo, Jan Wall Seattle – Warren Chang, Mancho Ho, Kai Chen, Pei Wang, Zhongshun Cui, Ling He, Jing Wang, Qi Zhang, John Zhang, Lily Gao, Sharyn Peterson, Matthew Rehfeldt, Roger Briggs, Chip Bergeron, Teresa Howe, Gary Britton (deceased), Dohee Kim, Victoria Parker, Rowena Hammill
