United Way of Gloucester County raises funds to support Health and Human Services for local residents and creates collaborations to address community problems.
About This Cause
The United Way of Gloucester County supports 20 programs offered by our 25 partner agencies; also through collaborations with community partners stimulates innovative solutions through initiatives such as the "Mini-Grants" which support organizations such as Emmanuel Cancer Foundation and Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity, funding for the Pureland East-West Community Shuttle, which enables employees to get to their jobs in the Pureland Industrial Complex for only $1.00 each way, annual Gloucester County Cares about Hunger Food Drive, Toys for Tots Drive and AARP Free Tax preparation for low-to-moderate income individuals and seniors.
