Mission Statement
Saint Dominic Academy takes great pride in empowering young women to lead and achieve. We are an independent, Catholic, college preparatory school for girls in grades 7-12 which has been preparing women for life in a global society for 135 years. Sponsored by the Sisters of Saint Dominic of Caldwell, Saint Dominic Academy is rooted in Christian values and embraces its richly diverse community of learners. It is located in an historic building at 2572 Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City, on the internet at www.stdominicacad.com and twitter @SaintDomAcademy. The Academy's college preparatory program features a rigorous academic curriculum, including honors and advanced placement. A rich array of co-curricular offerings includes award-winning athletics and dance team, literary and artistic publications, service opportunities and a comprehensive women's choral program, which has won many regional and national competitions.
