About This Cause
The Mission of the ADP Foundation is to support ADP’s desire to positively impact the communities in which it operates and engage employees in supporting its corporate social responsibility focus areas which include employability; ethics and compliance; environmental sustainability and community engagement. The Foundation provides financial support via grants to non-profit (501c-3) charitable organizations in good standing that align with its desire to improve the communities in which the company (ADP) and its employees live and work. Through its employee match program, the Foundation engages employees in giving back to causes that align with its corporate social responsibility focus and amplifies the impact of employee donations.
