Mission Statement

CAST is a theatre organization helping to preserve the arts in the Greater Manchester area and beyond. CAST started as a small children’s theatre group, run out of the home of its Co-Founder, Donna Mercier. In the beginning, CAST operated primarily during the summer, mounting musical productions out of local schools. However, since inception, CAST has grown ten fold. CAST, Inc. now operates out of its own facility in Manchester, CT. CAST has grown from a children’s theatre group doing summer musicals to a full scale theatre group offering year round productions and classes for children.

About This Cause

The mission of CAST is to enrich the lives of children through the magic of performing arts, therebyinspiring them to strive toward higher goals. We do this one line at a time, one show at a time, one child at a time.
