Mission Statement
Ocean of Love is a non-profit, 501(c)(3)charitable organization dedicated to helping Ocean County children with cancer and their families. We provide much needed financial and emotional support for the whole family.
About This Cause
Ocean of Love for Children with Cancer is dedicated to helping Ocean County children with cancer and their families. Our purpose is to assist the children through their illness and provide the emotional and financial support so that they can experience the "normal" joys of childhood, knowing their lives are significant and meaningful to each and every one of us. We provide financial help with household bills, transportation costs to get to and from the hospital for treatment, funeral expenses and so much more. We provide emotional help through counseling, support groups, family activities and more. When a child passes, the family needs us even more. We offer Bereavement counseling for the parents and the siblings as well as activities throughout the year. Many of our children have lifelong side effects from cancer. We continue to help with adult groups and events throughout the year to keep them connected. We give scholarships, graduation gifts and wedding gifts. Once a family is a part of Ocean of Love, they are a member of our family forever.
