Mission Statement
Whiskers Rescue is dedicated to alleviating the feral and pet cat over population epidemic through trap neuter return and by providing low cost spay/neuter for low income families. Our goal is to train those who feed feral cats to trap, neuter and return. We offer access to training and equipment. We offer those who can not afford spay/neuter services free vouchers for veterinary care.
About This Cause
Whiskers Rescue is a small organization that works diligently to provide assistance with trap, neuter, return services as well as low cost spay/neuter to help alleviate the cat over population issue. We are made up of a handful of dedicated women who spend our time raising funds, trapping cats and arranging for spay/neuter for low income families. While we are small we spay/neuter 350-500 cats per fiscal year. We are limited only by volunteer availability and funding.
