Mission Statement

Hawk Mountain Sanctuary is a nature center located along the Kittatinny Ridge in Pennsylvania along the migratory flyway for hawks & eagles. We are the first Sanctuary for Birds of Prey in the world. We provide public access to hiking trails & lookouts, hold many education programs for children & adults and are known internationally for our trainee and research programs.

About This Cause

The mission of Hawk Mountain Sanctuary Association is, "To conserve birds of prey worldwide by providing leadership in raptor conservation science and education, and by maintaining Hawk Mountain Sanctuary as a model observation, research and education facility."
