Mission Statement
At Plymouth Community Ambulance Association (PCAA), our mission is to provide the highest level of emergency medical care to the residents and visitors of our service area. As Montgomery County’s busiest paramedic ambulance service, we are committed to rapid, effective, and compassionate pre-hospital care in every emergency situation. We uphold the highest standards of excellence in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and pre-hospital emergency response, operating 24/7 from multiple strategically placed stations. Our dedicated team of paramedics, EMTs, and supervisors work in seamless coordination with local police, fire, and air-medical services to ensure the fastest and most efficient response to all emergencies, from routine medical calls to large-scale incidents requiring specialized resources. Serving a diverse and dynamic seventy-square-mile region, we recognize the unique challenges of our urban, suburban, and industrial communities. Through continuous training, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to public safety, we strive to protect and serve with professionalism, integrity, and unwavering dedication to those in need. Plymouth Community Ambulance Association (PCAA) – A Lifeline for Our Community Plymouth Community Ambulance Association (PCAA) is a nonprofit, 911 emergency-only, Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance service dedicated to providing lifesaving pre-hospital care to the residents and visitors of Montgomery County. As the busiest ambulance squad in the county, responding to over 15,000 emergency calls annually, our highly trained paramedics and EMTs work around the clock to deliver rapid, skilled, and compassionate care in critical moments. Our mission extends beyond emergency response—we are a pillar of public safety, ensuring that every individual in our seventy-square-mile service area has access to high-quality emergency medical care, regardless of circumstance. With four fully staffed stations operating 24/7 and specialized response units for major incidents, we are committed to being there when our community needs us most. As a nonprofit organization, PCAA relies on community support to sustain and enhance our lifesaving services.
