Mission Statement
The purpose of the organization shall be to promote public interest in drill teams of a similar stature; to encourage the participation of girls to organize and maintain a drill team which shall engage in parades, competitions, pageants, and similar events under the sponsorship of civic, veteran, industrial, and private organizations; to hold competition and exhibitions; to promote the study and improvement of semi-military precision drills; and to promote good sportsmanship, general welfare, discipline, and culture of its members.
About This Cause
Our organization strives to provide the youth ages 8-21 opportunities to participate in events throughout Washington and Oregon. Participation in events becomes very expensive with parade entry and transportation costs (food for participants, gas, bus maintenance, etc.). The participants have also been using the same uniforms for over a decade and have experienced wear and tear that will require us to replace. We are seeking either a monetary cash donation, or donated items to use in our annual auction held in March of every year.
