Mission Statement

Our vision is to improve lives one person at a time by being the premier provider of innovative seminars and support for families, professionals, and communities.

About This Cause

Our goal is to invest in better information gathering, information sharing, and support of parents and social service professionals which will lead to greater recruitment and, as importantly, retention of these individuals. The time is NOW to invest as YOU are the ones directly affecting the future outcomes of vulnerable youth and children. Failure to seize this opportunity may lead to general disillusionment and increased social tensions because when our children are asked to yet again reconnect to new individuals, it makes their positive outcomes less likely. Kayla’s Village appreciates all you do while caring for children and their families by offering hope to those in crisis and helping promote the healing process. You are able to help children feel prepared, valued, and successful. You help build the self-worth, dreams, and futures of children while being their guiding force for a successful transition into the adult world. Your loving commitment leaves an indelible mark on generations to come. Rarely do self-sacrificing parents and social service professionals receive the acknowledgement, recognition, and gratitude your efforts truly deserve. To address this challenge, Kayla’s Village provides: 1. In-service training for parents and inexpensive for professionals in several locations. In-home sessions available. Certificates for all are provided the SAME day of training. 2. Child care during evening trainings if reserved. Adolescents are encouraged to assist for community service hours. 3. Monthly newsletter. 4. The ability to conduct training to further enhance your resume. You will receive a stipend and FREE CEUs, if applicable.
