Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Chetek Food Shelf, Inc. to provide for charitable, basic human necessities to improve the quality of life for people in our area.
About This Cause
We serve needy families living in the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser School District. We are open on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 10 am to 1 pm. In addition to food we also provide our clients with those personal care items that are not covered by the state's program i.e. toilet paper, bar soap and laundry detergent. On average, we serve 145 families each month.
