About This Cause
The FPA exists to champion diversity in the National Football League (“NFL”) through education and providing its members with resources that will help them succeed at every level of the game. Our strategic efforts include (but are not limited to): • Networking • Mentoring • Encouraging the adoption of rules and practices that foster diversity on NFL teams • Educating NFL team owners and managers regarding the availability of minority candidates for team staff positions • Advocating the hiring and promotion of minority candidates in NFL team staff hierarchy through public education and communication with team and league ownership and management
