Mission Statement
To teach and develop methods of embodied/mind-centered awareness skills in both educational, real-life, and business settings. Our approach is based on combining a variety of accepted modes and new models of healing stress, anxiety, and unresolved PTSD within the medical, therapeutic, and spiritual communities.
About This Cause
The Mindfulness Care Center is dedicated to bringing a deeper sense of compassion and care into our community and world. We look to support and provide information and practices that allow people to build inner self-empowerment tools to live richer and fuller lives. This approach bridges the gap between anxiety, unresolved trauma, and stress to living a joyful, grounded, and embodied life. The Mindfulness Care Center recognizes the need for deeper healing of unresolved wounding and strives to make this integrative care accessible for all.
