Mission Statement
To improve the quality of life for inner city youth through a working partnership with other organizations. The Woody Foundation will provide resources to the communities that are intended to assist inner city youth strive to reach their fullest potential. The Woody Foundation exists to benefit the lives of children and families living in the inner city and low-income environments through community awareness initiatives and events. The Woody Foundation is based on the premise that throughout the world there are thousands of effective approaches making a profound and lasting difference in young lives. Rather than build new approaches from scratch, The Woody Foundation identifies approaches that work, strengthen their impact, and expand their reach so that more young people may benefit.
